All the development of AZEA STUDIO group, thanks to it´s achievements, allows an increasingly wide support to it´s clients and to all finished and future projects to realize in PARIS and LISBON.

Nowadays, in addition to creating furniture collections, by measure and producing them, AZEA STUDIO, does a very complete job that goes from remodeling, construction and decoration projects. AZEA is also focused on hotels projects, restaurants, making decoration, furniture production and central purchasing. 

AZEA was born in 2009, the day that Victor CAETANO, buys his house in Lisbon and faces the need to decorate his home. Not wanting to buy what was on sale in stores, feeling the need for something different, he draws a sofa, a coffee table and  then a dining table, creating up to 20 pieces.

At this point he opens an office in Paris where he designs his collection and starts producing his pieces in portuguese factories. Since 2010, participates in the Maison & Object International Salon.

AZEA, name was chosen for its zen consonance and a strong desire to escape, qualifying the collection by pure, elegant and comfortable lines.

Victor studied in the design área and worked with great architects who influenced him before becoming a press attaché in the fashion world. He witnessed names like Andrée Putman, Francis Bacon, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Oscar Niemeyer, among many others.

AZEA is made to Victor's image, giving comfort, elegance and minimalismo, defending a sustainable lifestyle. This is the AZEA proposal, it presents itself as an alternative to other names present in the world decoration.

Today the iconic piece of AZEA is the library DURAS, which acquires more and more success. The consoles Jorge, Mylo, Jagger, Marly, Hyragana library, Kravitz sofas, Manderley, Romys, Maas and Miguel armchairs are highly valued and requested by customers.

The strength of AZEA STUDIO is to be able to offer tailor-made pieces and projects where traditional and contemporary interiors goes together.

The choice of factories in Portugal was a obvious choice, being Victor from Portugal. It represents a return to its origins and traditions.

The chosen materials are woods as oak, walnut and chestnut, maintaining their natural hues, always working them with the intention of valuing them.
